THE MÜZCINA FOREVER WARRANTY

We warranty each and every MÜZCINA ring to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original owner and their direct heirs. JJBückar products are made only of precious metals. In time, these metals will naturally show wear more readily than rings made of ferrous metals. If your ring is set with diamonds, we cannot warranty that you won’t chip or break them, even through normal daily wear. We will replace up to 3 diamonds at our our expense if they are broken or fall out for any reason with no questions asked, so long as you pay for one-way shipping charges as stated below under SHIPPING YOUR RING. We will repair or replace with a new MÜZCINA ring, at our option, any MÜZCINA ring that is deemed to be defective or requires sizing. JJBückar does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your ring was damaged due to misuse or is not returned in a circular form, our repair department can analyze the damage and repair it for a reasonable fee. If your ring cannot be repaired, we will extend as a one-time courtesy offer to you: the option to purchase a new MÜZCINA ring for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding any custom rings or web specials. In addition, we will issue a credit, equal to the total value of the precious metal weight that is returned to us according to current metal markets less refining costs. If your ring contains diamonds, please note that due to the high cost of stone removal and and high possibility of damage in doing so, their cost is not recoverable. In other words, our diamonds are never meant to come out of the setting; to remove a single stone it must be broken, or all stones in a ring can be removed through the refining process. If your MÜCZINA ring requires sizing, we will size it up or down 1 size, on 1 occasion, for FREE. As long as the final size stays within the original size range – SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE – in which it was originally made. In order to qualify for 1 free sizing, the finger size must have been verified using the Muzcina finger size verification kit. As a courtesy we will polish and refinish the surface of your ring 2 times for free during the course of any individual owner’s lifetime. These free services will cost the return shipping back to you and can only be done one time for free, under these conditions. Additional sizing will be quoted on a case by case basis.

ALL RETURNS WHETHER UNDER WARRANTY CLAIMS OR NOT, MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COMPLETED MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM WITH RMA# INCLUDED. PLEASE CONTACT US TO OBTAIN YOUR RMA # AND UPS SHIPPING LABEL BEFORE RETURNING YOUR RING TO US. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR RING HAS SENTIMENTAL VALUE AND RING REPLACEMENT IS NOT AN OPTION FOR YOU, PLEASE SPECIFY THIS CLEARLY WHEN RETURNING. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR SENTIMENTAL RINGS RATHER THAN REPLACING THEM. WE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE WHEN OPTIONS ARE LIMITED.

 

SHIPPING YOUR RING

Shipping instructions are simple but for security, please follow them carefully.

Step #1 – You MUST contact us to request an RMA # and UPS shipping label. We will cover the cost of shipping to us as we only accept returns in this manner. A UPS label will be emailed to you.

Step #2 – Place your ring in the MÜZCINA ring that was originally shipped to you.

Step #3 – Place the MÜZCINA ring into a padded UPS envelope. Fold the UPS padded envelope over itself and seal it. Then place the envelope inside a small UPS box. DO NOT ship the envelope without placing it inside of the hard cardboard box. This will minimize the risk of damage or theft. JJBückar will not be responsible for damages and lost or stolen rings.

Step #4 – Print the UPS shipping label supplied with your RMA# email and write the tracking number in large bold letters on the outside of the box. On the opposite side, affix the shipping label using a plastic UPS document pouch.

Step #5 – Fill out a Merchandise Return Form. Print; complete ALL fields. Include it with your ring inside the box. Please be sure to fill out every section.

Step #6 – Call UPS to schedule a pick up or otherwise drop the package at a UPS depot. DO NOT USE A DROP BOX.

MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM – PRINT THIS FORM, FILL IN ALL FIELDS, PLACE IT IN LOOSELY IN THE UPS BOX ALONG WITH YOUR RING.

 

SERVICE Q & A

If your MÜZCINA ring requires sizing at any time, please make sure to send it back to us for service. You will be required to provide us with the correct finger size according to the MÜZCINA sizing kit that you received with your order. Please contact us if you require an additional sizing kit. Please remember that we cannot honor the FOREVER WARRANTY if your MÜZCINA ring has been compressed, stretched or serviced in any way by a third party and without our expressed written consent.

Will JJBückar pay to have my product returned to me?

For ALL after sales service, JJBückar will pay for ALL return freight costs to ship the ring back to us within North America. You will be responsible to pay for all UPS shipping expenses back to your residence or business from JJBückar. UPS Shipping costs will vary by territory but are on average $50.00. MÜZCINA rings can only be shipped via UPS.

Can I have the surface finish re-applied to my ring if it wears out?

Yes, the following surface finishes can be re-applied: Polished, Brushed, and Stone. These finishes are covered twice (for a total of 2 surface refinishing’s) under the Forever Warranty.

Can my MÜZCINA ring be sized by my local jeweler?

Depending on the style, difference in finger size, and whether your ring is set with diamonds, MÜZCINA rings can sometimes be stretched or compressed within a ½ size (up or down) from the original finger size by your local jeweler. However we do not recommend this as your FOREVER WARRANTY will be void if a third party alters or services your MÜZCINA ring in any way.

How often should I take my ring for cleaning or polishing?

Your ring will gain its own patina from scratches, dings, and dents as it experiences the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly moments of life on your finger. We like to see this normal wear as “character”. Please don’t be concerned with the fact that just like people, a precious metal ring worn daily will show its time, and experience on the outside; your ring is meant to be worn. Just like you, your ring’s patina will be unique. While having your ring cleaned periodically or every other month will not hurt it, we do not recommend polishing or refinishing your MÜZCINA ring more than 2 times during the course of ownership. When you are ready to have your ring refinished or are passing it down to your heir, please contact usand we will refinish, polish and service it twice under the FOREVER WARRANTY at only the cost of shipping it back to you.

I lost a diamond and would like to replace it myself, can you send me a replacement diamond or can I get it from a JJBückar retailer?

Every diamond set in a MÜZCINA ring is done so robotically, then checked for quality under 10X microscopes. Every diamond is precision cut to ideal standards, and programmed to fit perfectly in its pre-arranged setting. As they are set identically each time, we make every effort to ensure that stones will not fall out. However, we can set thousands of stones each day, and though our precision equipment, and quality checks significantly cut all margins of error, no process cannot be perfect every single time. On a rare occasion, a diamond could come loose from its setting. If this happens, please return the ring to the store it was purchased from or otherwise send the ring back to us together with an RMA form filled out. We will be able to determine if a mechanical setting error is at fault, and correct it. We do not sell or send individual diamonds directly to consumers. If you break or chip a stone they can be replaced up to 3 times at only the cost of shipping the ring back to you under the Forever Warranty.

When I ship my ring to you for repairs how long before it is returned to me?
